One of the most impactful shifts I led was moving senior leadership away from tactile podium signs and printed branding materials during high-profile travel, including visits by the Secretary of Labor. These physical signs often arrived damaged after multiple stops, looked worn in photos, and diminished the professional appearance of our events. I successfully convinced leadership to adopt digital signage instead—allowing us to send customized branding assets ahead of time to each site. This let local teams stage monitors, projectors, and key photo areas around a consistent, polished visual identity. The result: stronger visuals, smoother logistics, and a more modern, elevated presence at every stop.
