Where Policy Meets People

Snackable social content is great for reach. But feature stories are how we build belief.

Our feature on Bitty & Beau’s Coffee worked because it slowed people down. It showed why inclusive employment matters by centering the lived experiences of workers with disabilities—not a policy, not a talking point, but real people doing real work.

Feature stories create emotional connection and credibility. They give audiences space to understand the stakes, see themselves in the story, and remember it later. If the goal is to shift perspective, deepen trust, or move someone from awareness to action, spotlighting shared experience is one of the most powerful tools we have.
