As Secretary of Labor Marty Walsh and Acting Secretary Julie Su hit the road at an unprecedented pace, demand for high-quality, rapid-turn photography and videography increased dramatically. In 2024 alone, we completed 500+ photo assignments tied to travel, events, enforcement actions, and stakeholder engagements.

To meet that demand, I built a replicable, scalable production model—standardizing intake, assignment, visual expectations, file delivery, and archiving—so work could move quickly without sacrificing quality or consistency. We combined a core in-house team with a vetted bench of trusted freelance photographers, allowing us to flex capacity nationally while maintaining a single creative standard.

That system let us respond to last-minute travel, overlapping events, and regional needs, while ensuring leadership always had timely, usable assets. The 2024 photo collection reflects not just volume, but a scaled operation designed to perform under constant motion.
