The third idea is a storytelling series called “Love My Dermatologist.”

For many people living with eczema, a knowledgeable and compassionate dermatologist is their greatest ally — the person who helps them finally feel seen, understood, and on a path to healing. A multimedia campaign would invite patients to share why they love their dermatologist through short videos, selfies, photos, and quote graphics.

NEA could feature both NEA-produced videos and user-generated submissions, with clear disclaimers to protect the organization while still giving people a platform to celebrate great care. The result would be an uplifting digital map of dermatologist recommendations — a living resource that connects the eczema community with providers who truly make a difference, and a campaign that highlights the power of empathy in care.
