Block 1 Graphic Open

Block 2: Low tracking shot that brings us into the Hall Of Honor (To Be Shot)

Block 3 PP walks on screen past the Rosie the Riveter monitor addresses camera. Introduction to event then introduces First Lady (Script needs to be prepared in case we don’t get the WH video on Thur or Fri. PP will need to do intro to Chao video in a way that can be used edited. Usually a slight turn into his Chao read to show different camera position.) First lines should be easy so he can say it without teleprompter.

Block 4 First Lady video

Block 5 PP introduces DoT video (We use this setup twice in a row) *Let’ shoot safety in same place as block 3

Block 5.5 DoT Video plays

Block 6 PP squared off against blurred background stage left. Introduces Laurie. (Used this set up twice in a row)

Block 7 Todd-Smith walks on screen addressing the Rosie/WB monitor then addresses camera.

Block 8 Laurie introduces Rosie the Riveter video. Video plays. Shoot safety where we don’t come back to Laurie

Block 9 PP acknowledges video then transitions to introduce June. (Use this setup twice in a row)

Block 10 June gives remarks next to the new lucite plate. We need to know when the Secretary will be shaking hands because we won’t be moving the camera that is set up for her remarks.

Possible transition shot is using lucite plate reveal. We can also use this as the outtro.

Block 11 PP thanks June then introduces Secretary Scalia (Use this setup twice in a row)

Block 12 Secretary Scalia Speaks (then closes out the ceremony?) (or does PP do that?)

Either closing DOL animation or PP closes the show.

We could also use the Lucite plate reveal here to the end.
